High Blood Pressure and Hair Loss*
Attention to hair growth serums may be nullified by high blood pressure.
Once controlled, amplify hair growth results with reducing daily habits that increase blood pressure over time.
Don’t talk to me about high blood pressure and hair loss. It’s stressing me out, and talking about it makes it worse!
Three words no one wants to hear — high blood pressure.
It happens and unfortunately not just to the old.
In today’s stress filled world it can affect you at a much younger age than you realize.
Research has shown that those who have high blood pressure (hypertension) can suffer from hair loss.
But, whether that hair loss is related to the elevated pressure or the medications prescribed for said elevation is unknown.*
So keep in mind while hair loss can not be associated directly with high blood pressure, it can be the side effect.
Even if it is the medication, it’s a reason to get it under control and be healthy. Be sure to ask your doctor!*
What do I do next?
>>Relax and keep reading.
>>Reduce chemicals in all ways. Chemicals in foods, drinks and hair and beauty products.
>>Consult your physician. Get a FEW blood pressure checks over time to see if it is in fact consistently high or if it was a false reading.
>>Keep a diary…
For example: Today I ate potato chips for breakfast, soy burgers for lunch and 3 glasses of wine with Vitamin C tablets and Organic Pizza with pepperoni for dinner.
If you have a blood pressure machine at home take your blood pressure at the same time of day each day, and include that in your diary.
Forgot to take my allergy meds today.
As the days go by, you might find that the day AFTER having had potato chips for breakfast ( for example ) that your blood pressure goes higher, then you can maybe cut back or make a different breakfast choice to keep your blood pressure low.
By the way… discuss all of this with your medical professional, and even print this out, and discuss this article AND your diary with them!*
You get the point, right?
Here’s the most important thing… to your hair—-
If the blood pressure is not optimum, you are not getting the best and finest delivery of
hair building-blocks delivered to the root of
each follicle that builds your hair!
So, not only do the things you ingest make a huge difference, the things you are using ON the scalp can wreak havoc on the follicles’ abilities to keep good circulation for hair growth!
When you take a few actions per day to give attention to your high blood pressure and hair loss, you increase the chances of getting
to the source of it all.
By creating harmony from all angles, your hair growth can naturally improve to levels you may have had before… or maybe even better!

Fine hair? Tinted? Indescribable damage?
If you have found yourself on the “TRY ANYTHING” wheel, it may be that silicone and synthetic products just can’t quite cover up the damage that has accumulated coupled with hormonal influences on the hair’s natural processes. As Belegenza begins to purify your hair from these slick cover-ups, the true damage may be revealed and for the first few applications, your hair may tangle, feel dry or more brittle. This is temporary, as the micro-conditioning agents make their way INTO the damage sites. Keep going. It’s temporary, and you’ll be glad you did! Not only that, we’re here to assist you through the process. You can always start the conversation with “Alan-bot” who should have already popped up to help!
