Aloe vera
You have it in your garden or on your patio in a pot.
It’s easy to grow, green, and pretty. You already know it’s good for burns. But did you know it can do other amazing things for you?
We are talking about Aloe Vera. It has antiviral and antibacterial properties and the ability to help treat everything from constipation to diabetes.
It’s good to take note that it’s good for your skin and for weight loss.
But we, of course, love that it’s good for your hair.
Aloe Vera contains proteolytic enzymes, which repair dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair smooth and shiny while promoting hair growth, preventing itching on the scalp, reducing dandruff, and conditioning your hair.
So if you don’t have one, next time you’re at the garden shop, be sure to pick up a pot!
