When the products arrived, some of them were solid in the container. Is that normal? What do I do?
This happens in shipping from time to time. When the product gets a bit to cold, it solidifies. It doesn’t affect the performance once it returns to about 75 degrees F. The easiest thing to do is set the bottle in a container of warm water until the product liquefies.
