- Fill your sink with hot water
2. Add 1/2 cup of baking soda (exfoliant)
3. Add a few drops of essential oil (optional)
4. Place towel in the hot water and wring it out
5. Begin to gently scrub your skin while the towel is still steamy
6. Scrub until skin becomes slightly pink
7. Reheat the towel in the baking soda exfoliant water after completing each section of your skin (hands, arms, shoulders, neck and face, chest, back, abdomen, and so on)
