It is no secret that I am a HUGE Disney fan. So, when business takes me to California or Florida, I usually spend at least one day visiting Disneyland or Walt Disney World.
On my recent visit to Disneyland, I was pleasantly surprised, yet disappointed, to discover that there was an event being celebrated known as Dapper Day. Dapper Day events celebrate the tradition of stepping out in style, in elegant fashion from vintage-inspired to contemporary chic clothing. I was disappointed with that I did not pack an outfit that would meet these requirements for a costume change.
With my itching desire to be part of Dapper Day, I went back to my hotel to restyle my hair into a vintage-inspired hairstyle. With a left side part, I curled my hair with a large barrel curling iron. Then I pinned the side panels behind the ear with rhinestone bobby pins and pushed the front bang area at the left temple forward to create a wave. I applied one pump of Belegenza’s SpotLite Shine to my hand, rubbed my hands together, and then pulled all my hair back into a low ponytail, and secured it with an elastic band.
I always use SpotLite Shine when wearing a ponytail. It controls my fly aways and adds a brilliant shine!
In 10-15 minutes, I had a new style and a slight costume change!
